I had such an amazing treatment with Bori. I’ve been carrying a lot of stress and tension in my body due to some personal things I’ve been going through, and I really needed the time to relax and switch off. Bori was incredibly caring and professional, and the treatment helped me completely unwind. I left feeling so much lighter, calmer and more relaxed. Pretty relaxing. Great massage from Leo, he's always checking if the pressure he's applying is too much or fine. My husband also had a massage, Leo listened well as to where we wanted him to concentrate when doing the massage. Thank you for the wonderful experience. The pool is also nice as it's heated.

This was my first massage at Montra Massage and Nisa made me feel completely at ease. She was warm, friendly and quickly identified the areas where I was holding the most tension. She recommended a combination of hot stones and cupping to target the deep knots, and the treatment felt tailored to exactly what my body needed. I left feeling relaxed, and much less tense. I would definitely recommend Nisa and will be returning!

I had the Calma TMJ face and back massage and absolutely loved it. The treatment released so much tension in my jaw, face, and back, leaving me feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. Andrea was professional and welcoming and gave some great tips for tension release post treatment. The whole experience was calming from start to finish. I highly recommend it and can't wait to book again!

Visited today as I’m having ongoing problems with my shoulder and arm. Ellen gave me a smooth comfortable massage and has helped ease my ongoing pain. It was a very relaxing massage in comfortable surroundings. I would highly recommend if you are in pain like myself and will book another appointment without hesitation.
