This was my first time visiting Holistic Beauty (Swedish Massage) and it definitely won't be my last! Helen is lovely - very intuitive, kind and attentive. I visited Clare after 4 weeks of very disrupted sleep for unexplained reasons. Her treatment was very relaxing and I had the best nights sleep yesterday that I’d had in a month! Can highly recommend. 😀

Absolutely love having a massage from Helen. She is very professional and is amazing at what she does. Helen is very attentive and makes you feel welcoming and comfortable, she also explains when any tension you may have and gives recommendations to help.
