Hot stone back massage and reflexology. Both were amazing and combined together really added to the chilled out experience. I entered irritable and stressed and left relaxed and chilled. Courtney is lovely and very professional. Her room is lovely and she has thought of everything to enhance her client's experience.

I had the best experience ever. I booked an appointment for a soft tissue massage due to a recent stiff neck and sore back and shoulder pain. Debbie provided a thorough consultation and aftercare. Debbie really worked her magic to help; I can say that from the first session I can now move my neck without any pain and have less pain in my shoulder. I feel really relaxed and glad to say I might actually be able to get a full night's sleep without pain. I have booked another appointment in two weeks' time. I wish I had booked in sooner. Debbie is very professional. I 100% recommend. XX

I had a amazing experience today with Debbie. I instantly felt relaxed and at ease with her and the treatment was fantastic. This was the first time I’ve ever been so relaxed that I’ve fallen asleep during a massage! She really took the time to understand my medical conditions & tailored my massage as she went. I feel great! The location is also lovely - it feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere which relaxes you further. Really impressed - thank you so much!xx
