I had a great experience at Knead in Marpole, Vancouver. The space was clean, welcoming, and very comfortable, which immediately helped me relax. I was greeted warmly upon arrival, and my therapist Chris took the time to ask about my specific concerns before starting the session. Throughout the massage, his technique flowed seamlessly, creating a really calming and effective experience. I felt genuinely cared for the entire time, and it was clear he was attentive to my needs. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and much better overall. I would definitely recommend this therapist.

I had a wonderful time at LUMIÈRE. I was very early but was nevertheless made to feel very welcome by Marvice and her husband. Marvice is clearly a skilful and experienced practitioner and I will be rushing back when I am next in Vancouver.

Got a 1.5hr full body deep tissue massage by Chris and I think I've been reborn. I don't get massages regularly so I wasnt sure what exactly to expect but Chris was very professional - he took time to understand if there were any focus areas I wanted to target and then got to work - he massages places I didn't even know needed massaging. The massage was so good and I felt to relaxed and refreshed afterwards and was surprised and impressed by how good I felt afterwards. . Give the man a raise!!

Such an amazing experience and would highly recommend. The session started off with a brief arm massage and relaxing foot soak with bath salts, followed by a foot reflexology massage, and ending off with a shoulder/neck massage. Left feeling super relaxed and ready for the weekend! Would come again!

Another amazing massage by Leanne. I’m so relaxed, refreshed, and ready for my weekend! The tension from my tech-neck is released and the awareness Leanne showed me that the pain comes from other places in my body was welcome. Now I know what I can do to help in between my massages.

The room was very relaxing with warm colours and a pleasant aroma. My foot massage felt great and the stretches at the end noticeably loosened my neck and shoulder muscles. The RMT was very patient managing my tight, injury-affected joints and checked in a few times to ask how I was doing. My only suggestion would be to offer a small pillow to lift client heads up a little when lying back in the armchair as my position left my neck feeling a little strained; I will communicate this earlier in my next session.

It was my first time visiting Knead Studio’s Marpole location, and I feel so fortunate to have booked with Erreene for a body massage. She is incredibly skilled with acupressure points and took the time to patiently listen to my requests and concerns. I walked in with sore muscles and an exhausted body, and walked out feeling relieved, refreshed, and genuinely happy. I can’t recommend her enough! At last, I was offered a special herbal tea that has completed my relaxing massage experience! Thank you Knead!

Mia did a great job on my back and glutes. It felt very relaxing and my back feels better. The pressure was perfect and I was comfortable throughout the massage. She found a knot in my glute that she took care of, and stretched my legs at the end. She also gave me some tips on relieving knots. Overall I had a great experience!

Julian is absolutely fantastic! I originally went in for a back massage back in December, and since then we have worked on my back, neck, and legs. His pressure is fantastic, and while I have struggled with other RMTs in the past, Julian listens to exactly what I need and knows exactly where to focus. He is great at chatting, but if you want to chill in peace, he is also really good at just letting you relax. I would 100% recommend visiting him—definitely ask him where he thinks you need focus after your first visit, as he really knows his stuff. It's always a pure delight visiting Knead!

I had an excellent facial at LUMIÈRE Spa and will definitely be returning. The treatment was very customized and focused on skin health, not just relaxation. My esthetician took time to assess my skin and explain each step. The facial included cleansing, hydration, lymphatic drainage massage, LED therapy, and a tailored mask. My skin looked noticeably brighter, calmer, and more hydrated afterward. The recommendations felt thoughtful rather than pushy. Highly recommend for results-oriented facials in Vancouver.

Mar ice is wonderful, charming, sweet and helpful. I’ve gotten aromatherapy massages twice on my visit to Vancouver and each one has been fabulous and has addressed all of my specific needs and I was sent home with little samples of the oil and the cream that she used on me. Leanne was great! Absolutely loved her and her massages. I am very picky with my massage therapist and I have yet to find one I like in North America 😭 Leanne gave the best massage ever. She knows her pressure points very well and incorporates massage styles from different countries. Leanne is also very friendly, kind, and warm 🤍.
