It was an amazing and relaxing time. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. My partner and I both enjoyed 1 hour head spa experience. We loved the head/neck and shoulder massage and a scalp stimulation via various brushes and essential oils, it was well worth the money. Thank you for making our time in Montreal so great. The only thing I would watch out for is the stair treads, they're loose and I almost fell down the stairs from tripping on them. Also its a little bit difficult to find as it's down in a basement. Great experience nonetheless :)

I have had a few experiences with Osteopaths in the past that have left me doubtful about the benefits of the practice. My massage therapist recommended Pragna so i decided to give it another try. Pragna is absolutely amazing. She is gentle but very effective. I definitely feel the results. I totally recommend her.

The massage was very good. The music was the same lullaby on repeat for 1.5 hours. Whenever I come for a massage, the music is very repetitious.

Thanks so much Alison, I look forward to my next appointment!

I honestly didn't realize how much I needed this massage until it was over. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The atmosphere was peaceful, clean, and calming, which made it easy to unwind. The signature combo was incredible. The therapist (Pri Prae) was very experienced, paid attention to the areas where I was feeling tight, and used just the right amount of pressure.

One of the best massage I’ve ever had !! I did the combo spa head + massage. It was a crazy experience I think I fell asleep a bunch of time. Forouzan’s hands are magical ! I’ve finally found someone who knows how to take care of my body and head. I recommend her and I will go back to her for sure.

I’ve been going to this Ayurvedic spa for the past four years, and it has become one of my favorite places for relaxation and well-being. I truly appreciate the quality of the treatments and the care and attention that goes into every visit. The staff is always warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring, which makes the experience even more special. You immediately feel comfortable and well taken care of. After four years, I continue to be impressed by the consistency and quality of the treatments. It’s a wonderful place to disconnect, recharge, and take some time for yourself. I highly recommend
