Helena was amazing. The entire session from beginning to end I felt like I was in a safe space with no judgment. I had the somatic massage and imprinting done and I highly recommend everyone to experience this! And remember the massage portion is covered by insurance so it’s a win/win! Easy to find and tons of parking. Spa is beautiful, with a calming atmosphere. Helena is a master at her trade and the facial I had was thorough, meticulously performed and very relaxing. I have previously had massages, which were also exceptional. I have been many times before and will continue to go. Well worth the treat to yourself, regardless of the service.

One of the best masseuse I have ever gone to, hence why I always feel comfortable coming back! Always makes sure the pressure is okay, the temperature of the bed is alright, and truly focuses on the areas you want. I have gone to other massage parlors and I think they generalize the session too often. I feel like they don't acknowledge where you feel the most sore and hope giving you a massage all over will do the trick. Besides the quality Helena provides, she is just so nice to talk to! I don't feel rushed and I leave the session feeling pampered.

As usual my visit to see Helena at Gelous Spa was phenomenal on all levels! Atmosphere in the treatment room is warm, cozy and calming which is exactly what you want when you go for a massage. Helena is a master at her craft and I always come out of my appointments feeling lighter, calmer and so wonderful. She truly cares about her clients well being and I feel blessed to have found her many years ago!

Helena was great! Perfect massage for me! Good intensity & worked on all the spots I needed. I felt really good afterwards & it prepared my body for a great osteopath adjustment the next day. Spa is very clean & has a good energy! I will definitely go back. :)
