A lot of places call themselves a salon, but fall short. Platinum Salon is truly a professional salon you would find in a major city, but in Batavia! I was tired of getting my hair hacked and gave Platinum a try. Made appointment conveniently online with Alicia and was pleasantly surprised. Cutting and styling hair is an art and Alicia knows what she is doing! Alicia gave me the exact hairstyle I was looking for that other stylists had trouble doing. I received many compliments afterwards. Ladies and guys - if you are in Batavia/WNY area, do yourself a favor and give Platinum Salon a try.

Beyond amazing experience. Gilberto did such an amazing job! Can’t wait to go back for my eyelashes next. He was very on point to making my brows to my face shape and tones!! The attention to detail is amazing! Most places make you feel rushed and not the case here. Alicia is super sweet and helpful with all my questions with my upcoming wedding. I have a hair appointment with her as well soon and definitely looking forward to it.
