Lovely first time experience with Kiki, very warm and welcoming. Also loved the fact that when I got my toes done, I had a lovely little poodle sat on my lap keeping me company 😊 will be booking in again for the future!

I have been going to Julia since Feb/March and I would never go anywhere else now! I have had lash sets, eyebrow laminations, lash lifts and tints and a set of BIAB extensions as part of her new venture into nails and I can honestly say Julia is such a perfectionist. I have never had any treatment that I haven’t absolutely loved! She makes me feel comfortable and we end up spending the time chatting, laughing and listening to music! I get anxious about the idea of going to a salon and Julia’s beauty room is the perfect balance of comfort and girly pamper 🦋 I could not recommend her enough!

julia is the best eyelash tech i’ve been too, i always leave her salon with a smile on my face knowing my lashes look amazing, she’s lovely to talk to and you can always have a nice laugh with her , forever grateful i found her salon

Kirsty was brilliant as always, one very happy client here my eye lashes and brows look great , she’s lovely and I would highly recommend her for all your beauty treatments 5 stars plus from me

Had my first ever bikini wax today at big beauty and relaxation was a bit apprehensive but roz is totally amazing she makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed if you need anything doing like this please give roz a try you definitely will not regret it she’s amazing

Amazing brows

I went to Big Beauty and Relaxation today for a hot stone massage - I entered very tense and stressed but after Ros worked her magic I floated home. It was amazing!! She has the magic touch. The massage was firm but relaxing which is difficult to do, I should know I’ve tried many therapists and no one has got it just right… until now. I 100% recommend and will be a regular client. Thank you Ros for de stressing me! X
