My experience was wonderful from the moment I walked in until I left. Brittney met me at the door, took me right in and we talked about what I needed done. She offered me a cold drink and made me comfortable while my color was processing. During my shampoo, she gave me an awesome head massage! My cut is perfect and she is definitely an expert in her field. I highly recommend her!
