Alia was very kind! This was my first experience at this nail /beauty salon. I booked the wrong appointment and she accommodated me. I was blown away by the technique and the procession. I would definitely recommend!

Deya is the best! I have thick hair and I was worried about if KMB Studio didn’t have texturizing shears, but thank goodness I asked! They have shears to help thin your thick hair out if you don’t want to deal with a puffy lion’s mane especially with Chicago’s humidity lol! 🦁😜 and the conditioning mask made my hair feel soft and less frizzy! Thank you so much Deya 🩷

As always the service was great and has always been good which is why I return. However, I just want to say, when you are being serviced and your technician and fellow employees are speaking in their native tongue (which you can't understand) and they are laughing it becomes an uncomfortable environment for the client.

Be did such an incredible job on my nails! 💅 She’s so gentle, detail-oriented, and really knows how to bring out the perfect shape and finish. My nails look flawless and I’ve been getting so many compliments. The whole experience with Be was relaxing and enjoyable—I can’t wait to book with her again at MiniLuv in West Town, Chicago!

I live in Nevada now, but since finding Jess I wait to return to Chicago because I can’t go to anyone else! Watching her cut almost seems like a lesson in geometry, she makes sure to follow my wishes, and the results have always been more than 5 stars in my opinion! Plus she’s a lot of fun to talk to. Win-win.

Tony is hands down the best nail tech I’ve ever had! 💎 His creativity and attention to detail are unmatched—he always makes sure my nails come out perfect. Karina Ponomarenko is the absolute BEST!!! I recently moved to Chicago and was nervous to try someone new, but I have had the most amazing experience. Karina is so kind, flexible with scheduling, and easy to reach out to. I DM her on Instagram and the appointment is booked within minutes. Her new salon is beautiful with a great location, as well. Chair Hair Imports is truly an experience. I came from out of town and searched them online and I’m so happy I did. The environment of the salon was so inviting, beautiful, and the stylist really made the experience. I was able to get an appointment and the service was amazing. Will definitely keep them in mind and even visit next time I’m in Chicago because we’re besties now.
