This was my first time here. Vivi did a great job making me feel comfortable. I appreciate her attention to detail and mindfulness of pain when it comes to a Brazilian wax. It was the most comfortable Brazilian wax I have ever had. I also appreciate the evening hours. It makes it easier for me to do that self care without interfering with my work schedule and allows me to avoid the nasty Austin Traffic. I will be coming back as a reoccurring customer. It was a delightful visit. My eyebrows have turned so pale, they can't really be seen without help. Coloring my eyebrows makes them look so much better. Carrie works to make sure the color is right for my skin. It makes me smile every time I catch a look at them in the mirror.

I moved to Austin a year ago, and have had the hardest time finding a trustworthy esthetician. I came across Henara’s instagram page a couple months back, and really like their modern yet holistic approach to skin care, so I decided to make an appointment. Hannah was professional, attentive, and knowledgable. The facial was very relaxing and calming, and Hannah’s touch was gentle and soothing. Hannah recommended the Factor 5 for me, and although it has only been a few hours, but I can already see my skin glowing and looking so much healthier. I can't wait to try all their services!
