I had an amazing experience with Lucy at The Skin Club. From the moment I arrived, the environment was so welcoming, clean, and relaxing. Lucy made me feel comfortable straight away and was very professional throughout the treatment. Her hand technique is absolutely brilliant — I’ve never experienced anything like it before. She was gentle, precise, and clearly very skilled at what she does. Everything about the experience was excellent. I highly recommend Lucy and will definitely be coming back again!

Amazing treatments as always. Traci is so warm, kind and makes you feel at home. I had the 2 hr treatment yesterday and it was my second time and I will never go anywhere else. Mya looks after me at the Aesthetic Company in Mere Green, Sutton Coldfield. She is friendly, enthusiastic and excellent at what she does. She has managed to get rid of the red spider veins on my cheeks and around my nose which were making me unhappy about the condition of my skin. I now don’t need to put foundation on my face every day, which I always did, to disguise the red spider veins. I am absolutely delighted and thrilled that I can now go out without my usual make up thanks to feeling happy and confident with my skin. Thanks Mya, you’re a star!

I had LumiEyes and microneedling with Lucy today and I’m so happy with the results ✨ My skin has honestly never felt better, and I already feel so much more confident. I today had a second appointment with Mya to laser and clear some red spider veins on my chin, cheeks and nose and she does a fantastic job. She's lovely, friendly and professional and has, as far as I can see, got rid of the majority of spider veins in the areas of my face that were bothering me. I had Botox and Profillo treatments with Suki after a consultation about my skin and the look I wanted to achieve. Once she completely the treatments I noticed the difference in a few days! I get so many compliments on my skin and general looks now and it’s all down to the skill and precision she uses. I would highly recommend her, you won’t regret it xx

Amazing as ever, attention to detail is top notch. Brow and lash Qween! Waxing is quick and painless. Couldn’t recommend Lucy enough, also does the best massages, facials and skin boosters.

Electrolysis is not a comfortable treatment but Jo was very understanding, checking regularly whether I was ok and telling me how the electrolysis was going. I am very pleased with the results so far, but there are more treatments needed to complete the job

Had a wonder relaxing facial with Lucy today and my skin is glowing! Throw in the fabulous neck and shoulder massage I feel very pampered! Already booked in for my next treatment! Thanks Lucy!

Had a chemical peel this morning. Suki always is friendly tells me step by step what she's going to do. All products used are to the highest quality my skin is glowing always give me my after care. Treatment include botox, micro needling, vitamin B12 and a chemical peel. Thank you Suki for making me feel so good

I've already booked extra treatments, not because they do not work but because I really see the benefits on my skin. Not only do I see the physical benefits but it also helps my emotional, mental and spiritual being so feeling great all round and much better. I highly recommend this establishment.

First time visiting and definitely not the last. Booked in for a facial, and Traci was great. Before starting, I told Traci about a neck/shoulder problem I was having , and she really made sure that I got the full benefits of the treatment without irritating my problem. It honestly was the best facial I've ever had. Afterwards Traci and Chloe both took the time to discuss further treatments to help improve my problem areas. I will definitely be returning soon to start work on them. Thank you both xx

I visited Suki for the first time and it felt like I’d known her forever. Very welcoming and friendly. Went for dermaplaning, first time having the treatment and everything was explained well. Suki also informed of facials that she could offer with the dermaplaning. It’s rude to refuse so had a micro needling facial when there. Again everything was explained to me before during and after. Suki checking the whole time I was ok. Aftercare was advised, Suki texting a few days later to see if all is ok and can help with anything. My skin is glowing and feels fine. Salon very clean and professional
