Is super friendly, professional and encouraging and very caring about how I feel at each appointment. I had an amazing Jan Marini facial with Rachel! She was warm, knowledgeable, and completely personalised the treatment to my skin. The products felt incredible, and my skin was instantly smoother, brighter, and more hydrated. Rachel explained each step and made the whole experience relaxing and results-driven. I had Botox and a skin booster treatment with Charlotte and honestly couldn't recommend her enough. She took the time to explain everything properly before we started, which really put me at ease. The treatment itself was virtually pain-free, and you can tell Charlotte really knows her stuff. Her treatment room was spotless and maintained to such a high standard, which made me feel really comfortable. Such a lovely experience from start to finish – I'll definitely be back!

Rachel is fantastic, I have been to see her 3 times and have already noticed such a difference in my inflammation on my skin. Her recommendations have really helped and she has been so reassuring with working out a plan for my regime. The treatment itself is so soothing and relaxing and she talks you through every step which is so helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
