Had my first hydrofacial here and loved it. My skin has never felt so fresh and hydrated! Emma is super knowledgeable on skincare and was happy to talk through products/routines for my skin at home too. I’ll definitely be back for this again and look forward to trying out some of the other treatments. ☺️

I always have such an amazing experience here! The atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and really relaxing. The facial itself was incredible—my skin felt so refreshed, smooth, and glowing afterwards. Hannah was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to tailor everything to my skin type. I left feeling completely pampered and confident with some great product recommendations (not on commission too!). Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality facial treatment!

I've been going to this salon for a few weeks now for their tanning beds but I had my eyebrows done today and they haven't looked this good in years! 10/10 would reccoment and Luke is amazing too!

Just had lashes done and couldn’t be more pleased with them. Had lashes done lots of times and at lots of different salons but this definitely the best. Luke has such attention to detail. Is super polite and puts you at ease. Would recommend highly and have already booked my infills appt with him. Thankyou.

Hannah has created such a cosy, comfortable and welcoming space, making the whole experience feel relaxing and personal from start to finish. Her professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail are exceptional, and she clearly takes real pride in delivering a tailored service for every client. I especially loved how she documents your skin’s progress and follows up with personalised skincare recommendations afterwards — it really shows how much she cares about achieving the best results for you. A genuinely lovely experience and I would highly recommend her.

I’ve never really been in to beauty treatments but going to see Emma for my derma planing has become one of my favourite things . Emma is so lovely , the setting so relaxing and you always feel like she’s going above and beyond .

What a fabulous new addition this is to Ripon. I found out about Platinum Beauty via recommendations on social media. I have visited today for a spray tan (never had one before and it was all fully explained by Helen, putting me at ease). After my appointment, I got chatting with Luke the owner and have booked in for further treatments. Would highly recommend, very welcoming and efficient. A new satisfied customer.

Was unsure on having micro needling due to if it would hurt, however Emma was great and my skin feels lovely if a little tingly. Didn’t hurt too much either. Would definitely recommend.
