I had my first Botox appointment with Hannah today, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m absolutely terrified of needles, but Hannah was so gentle, patient, and reassuring from start to finish. She made me feel completely at ease and took the time to explain everything, which really helped calm my nerves!! The treatment itself was much easier than I expected thanks to her expertise and caring approach. If you’re feeling nervous about Botox or needles in general, I highly recommend Hannah. She was incredible, and I’m so glad I chose her 🤍

It was my first facial with Kayleigh and she was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout. She had good knowledge of the skin care products and reassurance was provided that they could be used on any skin type including sensitive skin. Shanila is amazing. As a new client both to treatment and to lymphatic drainage I was apprehensive but Shanila was thorough in keeping me calm through her communication. Answered all my questions and offered lots of knowledge around aftercare. Looking forward to next week!
