Louise instilled confidence very quickly during my initial consultation. She is so lovely and clearly passionate about her work. Ensuring the safety of her clients is paramount. Having not had a facial for many years, this was a real treat and I couldn’t have felt better looked after. She explained every element of what she was doing, didn’t rush anything and I left with my skin feeling so lovely. I had a Glow restore facial from Carol and it was the most relaxing facial I’ve ever had! My skin has never felt so smooth, soft and refreshed. Such a calming experience from start to finish. I left feeling completely pampered. I can’t wait to come back – highly recommend!

A wonderful experience. Louise provided lots of detail on her process prior to the massage so I was prepared and not second guessing. The massage itself was excellent and Louise helped work out a number of knots in my shoulders and left me soothed and relaxed. The overall ambience was fantastic. Everything I was looking for in a treatment massage and I will be booking again soon!

Having never had a treatment before I was slightly apprehensive but Louise took the time to talk to me and get to know me which really put me at ease.
