I had such a great experience and can’t recommend it enough. The sports massage was exactly what I needed and made such a difference to all the tightness and aches I’d been carrying. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel so welcome. Laurie is genuinely friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout. This was my first time visiting Mia for aesthetics, she was amazing! I had a facial rebalance. Mia talked me through the whole process and listened to what I really wanted from the treatment. She gave me advice and options, rather than just going straight in with the needle. I felt looked after from start to finish. Especially throughout the treatment, Mia asked me multiple times if I was okay. I left with lots of advice regarding aftercare. Thank you again Mia, my results are incredible. Emma was a lovely young lady who made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took her time, talked me through the process, and gave me plenty of colour options to choose from. My first time having facial filler and I’m so glad I chose JXB. The results are beautifully balanced and natural. Having only had nose filler once before elsewhere, I was very selective about who to trust, and I definitely made the right choice. I recently visited Jenna for lip filler and Botox and had such a great experience. I was extremely nervous beforehand, but Jenna was so patient, reassuring and understanding throughout the whole appointment. She took the time to answer all my questions, helped calm my nerves and even gave me a stress ball to squeeze during the treatment, which was such a thoughtful touch!
