I had a waxing appointment with Georgia and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was so welcoming from the moment I arrived and made me feel completely at ease. Kristy is amazing! She did my eyebrow lamination and Korean lash lift perfectly, and I’ve just had my first Lumi Eyes treatment with her too. She’s professional, friendly, and makes you feel so comfortable. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Robyn was extremely knowledgeable about skincare and recommended products that were perfectly suited to my skin. It was exactly what I needed after a hectic week. I am obsessed with my results😍 I had an amazing facial treatment and my fine lines have disappeared! Also had my laser hair removal on legs, underarms and Hollywood and the team were so welcoming and professional. Veronika did the laser hair removal for me and made me feel so comfortable and at ease - booked in for my next session already- deffo recommend! Can literally come in for all in one - so convenient!🙌🏼

Came in for my second Lumi Eyes session. Michelle is very friendly and a professional, she helped me understand everything I needed to know about my treatment and my concerns. I was very nervous to get injections at first but her hands were very gentle and I couldn't feel anything. I know for sure I'm always going to be coming back for her, she's amazing! ♡

Maryna took the time to answer all of my questions and carefully explained the treatment process before carrying out my laser patch test. She was thorough, professional, and talked me through each step, making sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The clinic is modern, welcoming, and very professional, and I felt genuinely valued as a client. I'm looking forward to returning for my future treatments and would highly recommend both Maryna and the clinic.
