I had my B12 injection with Jade and couldn’t recommend her enough! The room was absolutely beautiful, clean, and felt so welcoming. Jade was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. The space was safe, easy to find, and there was plenty of parking. My experience was perfect, Lorraine was waiting for me when I arrived . We spoke for a short time about what was troubling me and she explained what she could do to help . The treatment was 1st class , I didn’t feel rushed and consequently felt very relaxed afterwards. I am already feeling the difference . I shall be returning.

First time using Defined Studio. I will be returning as Ellie was calm, polite & friendly. Plus my nails enjoyed a great manicure & gel treatment. She has a great selection of gel colours, so I was able to choose one exactly to match my outfit for the birthday party I’m going to. I recommend a visit to Defined Studio.
