She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the process and the products she would be using. Her expertise and attention to detail immediately put me at ease, and I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire session. The facial was both super relaxing and effective, and my skin really improved within a few days.

Fantastic. I had the Microneedling and it was fantastic from start to finish. I felt well looked after and pampered throughout, and the redness went down within half an hour after the treatment! Trish was amazing, she was kind and answered every question I had about the cold perm process. She made sure I was as comfortable as possible! My only issue was that the hair washing station could be more comfortable. With the weight of the curling rods, leaning into the sink for shampooing was heavy and painful. Trish did whatever she could to hold up my head for support, but the sink design made it difficult.

She took into account my personal preferences and recommended brown lashes with a C & LC curl to better suit my features. She carefully mapped everything out, walked me through each step, and took her time to meticulously create a lash look that truly compliments my eyes. The final result was so beautiful and everything I wanted! Katelyn's professionalism, experience, and talent make her an exceptional lash tech.
