Whole process 5 star. Krissy st Heeling Palms has great energy. Start to finish amd on going my experience left me floating on air, extremely relaxed. Ive experience reflexology before, but this was certainly another level, I went into meditation and so chilled and released lots afterwards. Literally can not wait for next visit! Highly recommend for all systems, reduce stress and make some space for the busy mind. Felt held and looked after and in very safe hands. Thank you Krissy.

Wow, what a truly magnificent treatment I received. I am so blessed. While I knew the correlation between feet and the rest of the body, to feel and see the positive effects during the treatment and the next day makes me question why this is the first time I’ve done this for myself! Reflexology should be a regular self care routine. I couldn’t recommend Krissy enough. Her couch was the most comfortable I’ve been in a long time. I will definitely be booking in again. Reflexology with Krissy is simply wonderful. I am always in awe of her depth of knowledge, professionalism and abilities, not to mention her thoughtful, caring nature. First time having reflexology with Krissy. It was a really wonderful experience...Krissy was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. By the end of my treatment, I felt so chilled and floaty and could quite easily have gone to sleep. I've already booked in for my next session and would highly recommend her. I had an 1-hour massage and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean and welcoming. The therapist was professional, attentive and took the time to ask about any areas of tension before starting. The pressure was perfect throughout the session, and they really focused on the spots that needed the most attention. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably less tense. It was exactly what I needed!
