SB worked on my fascia earlier this year. It was a great experience. I set up another appointment recently, and it was so good I booked another on the spot still on her table. It’s is hard to describe the feeling. I’d say I feel looser in my body parts she worked on—hips, back, feet etc. I highly recommend you book an appointment with SB!

Truly exceptional. I have nothing but good things to say. I just finished my first session, and SB was able to identify and work with several of my problem areas in my shoulder, and it’s feeling better already. I’m definitely looking forward to going back from my next session.

What an incredible experience! Highly recommend the lymphatic drainage massage with sauna!

SB is incredible at what she does! Whether you need a deep tissue massage, cupping, fascia scraping/remodeling, or Reiki/energy work she’s got you covered. In the past I worked with practitioners who only were proficient at one of the modalities above when I needed multiple, and consequently my healing was limited to what that practitioner knew. Imagine hiring a contractor who only knew how to use a hammer but not a wrench! It would be frustrating. Thankfully SB has zero limitations. As an owner of a personal training studio, I don’t trust anyone more than her with my clients or myself!

I’m a Massage Therapist who has traveled all over the world experiencing massages from skilled LMTs and I must say SB is truly amongst the very best!
