Lexi was recommended to me for energy work and I am grateful I scheduled a 90 minute appointment with her. I was having challenges moving past a number of emotional blockages. Lexi explained in detail her approach and answered my questions before starting. I experienced an ease within the body and the mind that grew during the appt. Afterwards, she shared what what presented to her and how she addressed the energies. She was spot on in detail about all the blockages I have been experiencing. Sheila was fabulous! I have had many massages over the years. My wife and I are believes in the benefits and get them regularly, at least once per month and to avoid jet lag from international travel. Sheila's technique and transitions were amazing.
