Brid is an incredible therapist and I feel very lucky to be able to experience her work (reflexology, reiki and zone facelift). She has a deep understanding of what people need and uses her gentle, yet powerful, energy to ensure you walk away feeling lighter and more energised for life and work! I had a lovely reflexology session with Bríd at Sonas Reflexology. She was very kind and made me feel completely relaxed. The place was peaceful and comfortable.
