This was my first visit to Smooth Movement. Stephanie really listened to my history, my reasons for being there and my expectation from the session. She tailored the session to my individual requirements which was great and just what I needed. I have booked another session for next week.

I booked in for an hour and was very impressed with how thorough my massage felt. Incredibly friendly and it was clear the lady knew her stuff. Will definitely be booking again!
