Emma has been exceptional throughout all my treatments Lovely to talk to and gives some great advice I always look forward to seeing her for my laser therapy treatment even though it's a 1 hr 30 mins travel! Never really understood reiki...and still don't if I'm being completely honest, but what I do understand is the importance of relaxing and focusing on the mind and that's exactly what happens in these sessions. I somehow manage to shut out the world and drift off to a place of calm the come back around feeling focused, balanced and energised. Best was to describe reiki is; the therapy session you never realised you needed!

After years of suffering trauma from childhood to almost 50, two cancer battles and loosing some of the most incredible people in my life I feel free save and mentally stable.
