I've used SMJ sports therapy for a number of years now, for various issues, and as always, Sam gives a quality, professional sports massage that consistently leaves me feeling better at the end of it. Would definitely recommend treatment and advice for those niggling aches and pains.

Very Highly recommend Sam..... always feel so much better afterwards! Starting having sports massage therapy sessions with Sam when I was training for a marathon hike, but continue to have sessions which really helps with postural issues from sitting at a desk for 8-10 hours a day.

Sarah is incredible! She has supported me postpartum, through bereavement, pregnancy and breastfeeding. She is plays a vital role in my overall wellbeing and I don’t know what I would do without my regular sessions!

Sarah was great. I took a letter with me with details of my scan results. She knew straight away why I was in so much pain with my hip and what could have been the cause. After 1st treatment I’m not in pain, which is great . Sarah did say I mgt be in less pain for a couple of days but I would probably need 3/4 sessions. Fingers crossed I will be pain free
