Fantastic deep tissue massage and remedial therapy. Ben thoroughly listens to you and does a proper Assessment. Worked on stretches working out what’s causing me issues. Muscles loosened off and plan in place moving forward. Hoghly recomend. .

I have been regularly attending Sophie and her team for a while now after complications relating to knee surgery. My care has been excellent,second to none. First appointment with Pete and it was great. Spent a few minutes getting info and checking mobility before getting hands-on to help relieve the issue. So friendly and easy to chat to throughout. Really listens and provides exercises to help support you longer term. Highly recommend.

I have had hundreds of massages in my life and Liam is certainly one of the best. He really listens to what the issue is and responds in the best way for the client. He makes you feel at ease and I would absolutely recommend him.

Third time visiting, first one I tried cupping on my back and it felt so great afterwards I went back for the same treatment. This time I went for legs and back as I’m training for GNR. Liam concentrated mainly on the legs (which were super tight). Had to grit my teeth when he was working on my quads but again feel absolutely amazing afterwards. Highly recommend Liam.
