Had soft tissue therapy on my calfs by Olivia Pigeon. Olivia is a great listener, empathetic and super friendly. Immediately felt comfortable with her. Very knowledgeable and professional with a deep understanding and experience of sport, performance and the impact it has on the body. Treatment has had a positive initial effect and allowed me to get back to training. Highly recommended.

Today was my first visit to Warsash Therapy Rooms for a massage with Ann Alderman. The appointment was easy to book and when I arrived everything felt totally Covid safe. Ann was amazing! I am struggling with my back following an ankle fracture in February which is affecting my gait. Ann identified and worked on the areas causing my pain. As well as coming away with reduced pain, I am walking better and her lovely positive personality has also lifted my spirits. Thank you Ann! x

Absolutely wonderful first visit to Gaia Wellness Holistic Therapies for a back, neck and shoulder massage. I feel so much more relaxed and like all my tension and stress has gone. Vicky listened to my concerns, focused on my shoulders, as I hold alot of tension there, loved hearing my knots pop, so satisfying! Will definitely be returning.

Lovely massage and experience! I wanted a massage to relax after being in hospital, all the oils were prepared especially for me. The room in Durley Manor was peaceful and calming.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an acupuncture session at Warsash Therapy Rooms. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the friendly staff. Vida, the acupuncturist, who was highly skilled and knowledgeable, took the time to listen carefully to my concerns for the treatment. The needles were gently inserted at specific points on my body, and I felt a subtle sensation of energy flowing through me. I’ve also experienced a noticeable reduction in my previously chronic pain, which had been a significant concern for me. I look forward to my next session.

Great location, layout, room for reiki with Di. Have visited before and never disappointed- and as for the reiki, Oh My Days!! It was so needed and so effective! Thanks as always Di- you’re a complete Master of your craft and so kind and generous of spirit. Also recommended a much needed massage with a colleague at Therapy Rooms 👍

My 14 year old had ear candling at Warsash Therapy rooms and felt brilliant (her words) immediately. Ellen was so welcoming, explained everything to her before, during and also had a lovely chat with her. She is amazing and I would recommend this treatment and Ellen 100%!
