Where do I start - Hannah is just THE most amazing person. She puts you at ease, she listens, she goes above and beyond and she is an expert in her field. It wasn’t my first visit to Chris but it’s been a few years since I’d seen him. After experiencing some back pain for some time I visited Chris to see if he could help. Chris is friendly and professional and takes time to find out what the issue is, he also gives you some exercises/ stretches to do at home between appointments.

Really glad I booked a session with Chris. It was very informative, and the massage really helped with my knee stiffness. Even after only a few rounds of the exercises I was given, I have an improvement in my stiffness.
