First of all Luke goes through your injury prognosis then he goes on to explain what he suggests to help alleviate the pain. I had a sports massage which I highly recommend for easing the tightness in the muscles etc. he consistently checks that your feeling ok is very professional and certainly puts you at ease. Anyone thinking of having a massage or needling done do not hesitate having the treatments as they are both 5 stars ⭐️

Luke is a great therapist - he understood the issues and provided a comprehensive explanation of possible causes for those issues, and gave suitable treatment options. the test was very helpful and I enjoyed the experience.

Staff were welcoming in the store. I had an allergy test with Peter who was very professional, friendly and explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. There seems to be a good, varied range of products in the store and I would highly recommend the food allergy testing.
