I am going for shoulder and neck massage to relieve muscle tension that is related to a back injury. There is a discernible improvement after treatment. Stacey explains everything and constantly checks that the pressure being applied is not excessive. Stacey creates a calming atmosphere that instills confidence.

An amazing first treatment for reflexology with Stacey. She was so professional and made me feel at ease. I’m not from the area I was up visiting family. You have never had a massage unless you have had one from Stacey, she customises everything to suit the client. After having hip replacements, Stacey knows the areas to work on to ease the tension and help me get the best movement. I was treated extremely well as a first time user and was aware of tension in my upper back, neck and shoulders coming from a failed lower back operation. It is early days but there is a marked improvement in the areas worked on and Stacey herself was excellent patiently explaining the process. I have booked further treatment and that says it all.
