Have had really bad sinuses so decided to pay the wonderful Fiona Henry a visit. Had 11 needles in the 1st visit and felt so much better but decided to have another treatment. On the 2nd visit I felt my nose 'pop' and felt instantly so much better. For anyone that has never had accupuncture and is experiencing some sort of pain, I would def recommend this lady. She is amazing, very professional and she is so caring.....don't know how it works but it does..Thankyou Fiona 😊

Once again a fantastic experience received from Fiona. I had my Nada treatment, which I have every 3 weeks. For anyone who hasn't experienced this..give it a go, it's simply amazing followed by such a relaxing meditation. Fiona never fails to deliver. It is such a relaxing environment and Fiona is so very professional doing something that she is totally dedicated to. Thankyou so much. ❤️

What a lovely consultation with the wonderful Fiona. I always know when I am due another AccuNap as my sleeping patters change. So I'm back to feeling totally relaxed and felt a tingling in my fingers on one hand..which Fiona said is a really good sign. Its a surge of energy. So again in 3 weeks time Fiona..and thankyou 🌟🤗🌟

Due to nearly 3 years of chronic illness and little respite from symptoms and with regular medical interventions providing no support and little hope for my future wellbeing, I tried acupuncture with Fiona today. I was anxious as I have a needle phobia but Fiona was gentle, kind, considerate and caring. I felt very at ease and comfortable with the procedure and even relaxed and dropped d off to sleep some stages. . After the session I felt relaxed and calm, with a new found sense of hope for my well-being and health. I can’t wait for my next sessions!

Had 6 sessions with Fiona and feeling an improvement already. She is excellent and I would recommend her to anyone who has had acupuncture before or who wants to try it for the first time.

Excellent. Gua Sha and acupuncture has already done me the world of good and I've only had 2 treatments! Fiona is lovely, treats you with care and respect.

All I can say is I am 100% better, and feel great.

Fiona was very professional, listened and took alot of information. The treatment session was amazing and I felt extremely at ease with her. Fiona is very calm and caring. I would certainly recommend Fiona to anyone who needs or wants to try acupuncture.
