Denise is a very inviting and easy-to-talk-to lady. She has a wonderful aura about her and she puts you very much at ease. I am exciting to see where things go and how they work out for me during my sessions with Denise. Definitely recommend her so far

Absolutely fabulous. I had an initial consultation with Denise, and she couldn’t have made me more comfortable & welcomed. Explaining everything brilliantly in a way I would understand and talking me through the process making sure I was following along. I’m super excited for this journey and can’t wait to go back for my second session!

I’m amazed at how well the hypnotherapy is working

Denise is absolutely amazing knows how to relax me and knows how to say the correct things to get me empty my stress bucket at night and how to get a great night's sleep.

My first visit to Denise, lovely space to relax and chat in, got a calming tea to drink and induction was really useful from her. The session finished with a relaxing trance. Really looking forward to the next visit, highly recommend
