Lovely, clean and welcoming studio. I had the whole body cryotherapy and absolutely loved it, I've joined a membership. Can not wait to test out the lymphatic roller and infrared sauna. Highly recommend.

Such a great find! My time in cryotherapy seemed to go faster than anticipated & I felt comfortable. The girls were very knowledgeable and helpful with my first visit. I look forward to incorporating these services into my regular self-care health routine.

I’ve been using the cocoon fitness pod and cryotherapy once a week for the last month or so and I can definitely see an improvement in my skin tone/smoother thighs :)

My first experience today of the Air Pod O2 therapy, it delivered a level of relaxation beyond anything I had experienced before. I followed it up with full body cryo and found this was enhanced as well. I am currently pain free and invigorated.

I’ve just completed my course of 10x5 minutes full body cryotherapy and cannot praise the benefits enough! I’m sure it won’t work for everyone but the improvements in both my hands and ankles is amazing. I had/have arthritis quite badly but with these treatments it’s amazing I’m just about pain free in my hands and totally pain free in my ankles. I will be keeping this treatment up because the long term benefits far outweigh taking anti inflammatory drugs daily!

Today I had cryotherapy and an hour in the oxygen tank. It was a great experience as the staff were friendly, calm and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend Perth Cryo.

Love this place! I regularly use the cryo chamber, lymphatic roller and cacoon pod with amazing results and my most favourite so far is the oxygen tank, pure H20 therapy ❤️ The owner is amazing , super professional and friendly staff!

Went to Perth Cryo for the first time today, for the compression therapy, and also decided once I was there to have the Cocoon fitness pod treatment. what can I say.. Just perfect in every way from the time I walked in til when I walked out. The treatments are devine. premises is ultra clean, the decor is lovely, the staff are welcoming and friendly. Will be returning for more treatments.

My son and I tried cryotherapy for the first time. Louise and her partner were so welcoming. It was an incredible experience being in a chamber that is -90°C!!! Walked in with a lot of pain, walked out feeling much less pain. Thank you guys, we will be back! 😊
