I always suffer with my stiff shoulder and have been suffering for lower back pain due to long hours working infront of computer. My bad. Wasn't really paying attention to it and have not done any exercise or anything. Till I booked my CRYO Physio session with Dr. Anam. She did the assessment and did the session with me with all the methods that can help to relieve the pain and enhance the recovery with the muscle stimulator/scrapper, localized Cryotherapy, trigger point release & stretching. I just did one session and I can already feel the difference. Looking forward to my next appointment ❤

Wow!! Anam, the physiotherapist was fantastic in addressing my lower back pain concern. She provided attentive care and executed multiple targeted treatments during the session, resulting in an incredible experience. Before this, I had no idea how beneficial physiotherapy could be and now I feel hooked on feeling good. I decided to purchase the 6-session package with 2 additional free sessions because it was an investment in my well-being, which is affordable by the way.

The HydraFacial treatment is already an impressive breakthrough in the field of skincare, but when combined with localized cryotherapy, it creates a true revolution in skincare. Lana, the skilled skincare specialist who attended me during the session, was simply amazing. She was attentive to all my skin's imperfections and didn't overlook any details. Lana also took the time to guide me through each step of the treatment and recommended a customized skincare routine to address my dry skin issues. I am thrilled to say goodbye to my old soap bar and excited to embrace a new level of skin care.
