Timely, fantastic receptionist on phone and in person., very friendly and welcoming. Relaxing, clean surroundings. Simon was amazing, talked me though everything I needed to know about this episode and what I could do for self help. Gave information and advice to prevent reoccurrence and what could be done to help me if it should reoccur. Gave advice on nutrition and contacting GP for underlying possibilities. Overall, a very professional but relaxed service that put me at ease. I would definately return here should the need ever arise.

Jon has been fantastic throughout my rehab journey! After suffering with ‘runners knee’ in the early stages of my Marathon training block, Jon was very reassuring and created a structured plan to get me back on track! In just a few weeks, a couple of sessions, and regular check ins from Jon..I have gone from experiencing pain at 2k/3k to running 20k pain free (even hitting some PBs along the way). I have had such a positive experience and would highly recommend!!!

Excellent session. Dan listened and recorded my summary of injury problem, followed by a physical examination, and finally an observation of my balancing skills! We then proceeded to enter the gym, where Dan demonstrated a number of exercises for me to work on. I then had the opportunity to practise these, with Dan offering advice on how to improve / carry out the movements properly. I received a text that evening, with a list of the strength work that I needed to carry out for the foreseeable future. Dan is knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive. Many thanks.

Highly recommend Jon. I’ve been struggling with sciatica and left lateral shift due to lumbar disc herniation, struggling with mobility and walking. Only 2 appointments in so far with Jon and I’m already feeling a significant positive improvement!
