I have never been waxed before but Alexandra did a great job making me feel comfortable and informed of what to expect and all of the aftercare, and did a lovely job with the lash lift as well. Highly recommend! 🩷

It’d been a while since I’d had a wax and with different beautician, but Isabella was very friendly, professional and immediately put me at ease. My treatment was great and I would def recommend Isabella and Sapphire Blu to others.

Such a nice first visit to Invidia. I’m new to Norwich and delighted I picked this hidden gem. Jasmine listened to my rambling explanations of the quirks of my hair, was ready with suggestions and I felt completely confident to ask her for suggestions on the cut. I left the salon knowing I could recreate the style at home and that it won’t look weird if my hair gets damp in any much-needed rain. Salon is lovely and cool too!

Best wax ever. Victoria is a gorgeous person who makes you feel completely comfortable and makes the experience as easy as it could possibly be. I would not go anywhere else in Norwich for a wax.

Spectacular lash technicians are very hard to find but Megan is one of them. My lashes were perfect and lasted ages, Megan knows what she’s doing. Also she is a very lovely person and does a fabulous wax and makes you feel very comfortable.

Literally the best nail tech in Norwich wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails. They last so long and she takes her ultimate time on your nails they always come out looking so perfect!! Not to mention how lovely she is as a person 🩷

Victoria was absolutely lovely! She was so friendly, welcoming, and pleasant throughout my appointment. She did a really professional job and I’m extremely happy with the results. I always go to Megan for my Hollywood Wax, she is very good at what she does and makes you feel at ease. Today she has also done my eyebrows and they’re perfect, I’m so pleased! Don’t hesitate to book in, you won’t be disappointed :) X
