I had my first waxing appointment in just over 4 years today, and I was honestly quite nervous after a previous bad experience where I was left burnt, with wax everywhere and hair still remaining. My experience with Magda completely changed my perspective. She was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived, taking the time to talk me through each step of the process. She regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and offered breaks if I needed them. I’m so glad I gave waxing another try, this was such a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend her!

The service was over my expectations. I am so impressed of how spotless the cabin is, how everything is so organised that customer feels so welcome, Magdalena is such a lovely and professional in what she is doing !
