It was great I love how she talked to me to distract me the pain of the waxing and the genuine conversation made me feel so welcome and hwo it prepared me for everything perfectly since it was my first time, I would 100% come back again. Best service I've had in a while

Susan knows her stuff!👌 She is an expert in her field, and her business in Bathgate has won awards. If you need your treatment personalised, just ask😊 Whether you want the temperature of the room or the bed changed, if you want her to focus more on your neck, if you don't want dye on if you are having a lash lift. Whatever your request, Susan will do her best to fulfill your requests. I would recommend you give Susan a try for any beauty treatment you want to book, as she is a fantastic beautician!👌😀

Was so scared to get waxed again after my last experience with someone else but Lara made me totally at ease about it and checked in every step of the way to make sure I was okay, made it a pleasant experience and I would definitely get it done again! Highly recommend for everything 🫶

I’ve been going to Claire for over 20 years and she is always so warm, welcoming, and professional. She really takes the time to ask how I am and remembers our previous conversations, which makes every visit feel personal. She’s also incredibly accommodating, always doing her best to fit me in for an emergency wax before a holiday. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Liz has been doing my nails for over a year now and is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is not only good at doing your nails but makes the experience good as well. She takes her time and makes sure the nails are done to a high standard. I would not go anywhere else. Thanks Liz ❤️

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Asked at short notice for an appointment and Claire tried her best to accommodate my request.
