I've been coming for almost a year now. It's lovely to establish a relationship with your waxing professional. I love that she uses the same product that was used at my past waxing place. It's just a bonus that she's so friendly and close to my work!

Amber is amazing at what she does! This was my first time doing anything with my brows (they are pretty thin and light) and Amber worked magic on them. I got a wax and tint and I am so happy with how they look!

I visited Mood today for the first time and loved the results of my lash lift & tint, and my brow wax and tint! First off, Amber's space is absolutely gorgeous! I was super impressed with how knowledgeable she is and how she takes the time to educate you and ensure you know all the proper aftercare! I will definitely be a regular going forward 😊

Johanna is very professional and manages to make services like a brazilian wax relaxing with good conversation. It’s over before you know it! Appointment times are very accommodating and she’s even squeezed me in last minute when needed. Looking forward to trying other services with her . Always an amazing experience!

Rikki is incredible. Everything in Enrapt spa is carefully chosen to elevate your experience, and each time that I have been for a facial I’m reminded that I should do this more often! My skin feels amazing, and the products that Rikki chooses are so lovely, but I think what makes her facials stand out even more is her technique. I especially loved the Guasha massage- the tension in my facial muscles just melted away. 11/10!

Tracy is an absolute master at her facial craft. She always checks my skin and curates the best products and techniques to leave my skin refreshed, glowing and healthy. A facial with her is true bliss. I highly recommend any of the facials!!! Treat yourself and your skin!

Hunter is absolutely amazing at what she does! From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. Her attention to detail is incredible, and my lashes are always full, fluffy, and perfectly suited to my face. Not only is she super talented, but she’s also so professional and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience even better. Shayann is awesome!! I highly recommend her, she's the best person in Brantford. I get my Brazilians done with her. She's very awesome at helping you feel comfortable, she gives great aftercare advice. She's very good and through at her work, but also just a lot of fun to talk to and very understanding. Her studio is also super clean and organized, she's put a lot of work into it and it shows.

I had an excellent experience at Total Beauty Salon Brantford! Marcie did an amazing job with my hair wash, cut, and blow dry. She was professional, attentive, and really understood what I wanted. Highly recommend her services! And I will be definitely visiting again!!!!! 😊
