Kim reached out prior to my appointment. She was interested in what I was looking to do as a new client. Goes to her thoroughness. When I got to the appointment (my hair looking like a rats nest) she listened to me trying to explain what I was hoping for. By the end of the appointment all my expectations were exceeded! My hair looks healthy, shiny and fuller somehow. I can’t even start on the exceptional color. She worked some kind of magic. I can’t thank her enough.

My first visit with Becky, she listened to what I was looking for in a hair cut and asked me questions about what I like or dislike concerning hair. I had a previous bad haircut and she cleaned up perfectly . We also had a plan to let some of the short layers grow back to achieve the look I wanted. Becky is very friendly and personable.
