I was very nervous about getting my haircut for the first time in 12 years. I had to go into hospital for an op, so decided to brave it and get a proper haircut and beard trim. I looked for a barbers, and found phoenix. I booked my appointment online, which was very straightforward. I received confirmation email and a few text reminders closer to the time. My haircut was with Jacob. He made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. I told him what I would like, and he was very supportive. We had a great chat through out. Jacob is highly skilled. He did an amazing job!.

Great barbers. Feels really nice and comfy. My children can wait on a sofa and watch the TV. There's a nice clean toilet, just in case. Refreshments are available. Most of all, my boys are given the chance to decide what they want with a patient barber.

The barber shop is very modern and is immaculately clean. I couldn't fault the service I received, and was extremely happy with the care and attention of my cut.

Easily the best barbers in the area. Perfectly located between stroud and Stonehouse. Jack consistently does a great job. Plus offers a range of different services. Would highly recommend 👍🏽

Amazing! I can always rely on a good haircut from Jack, and he's always been very good (and patient) when giving my 3 year old a trim. Today Cali cut my son's hair for the first time, and she did a brilliant job. Couldn't be happier, and my son was really happy and calm too. He has even told me he always wants her to cut his hair now (sorry Jack).

I had my hair cut this morning with an apprentice Called Cali. She did an amazing job. I love chatting to her whilst she was cutting my hair. This is my third haircut with the barber box and I have been pleased with their work. I will be a repeat customer! Thank you Cali.

Amaaaaazinnnnng ! The facial is just wonderful - feeling 10 years younger and the staff - well they are the BEST. Super sharp haircut and beard line trim - yep the works ! It’s the way to go!

Great to be honest. Easy going in a nice an comfortable environment and just makes you feel at ease. Excellent haircut the last few times I have been and will continue to keep going too.
