It was my first booking with Alyssa and it was a haircut appointment. I was getting a bob cut which I've never had before and Alyssa was fantastic at re assuring me and very knowledgeable on how it would best suit my face shape and how to cut it so my hair maintains thickness and volume, thank you so much Alyssa I loved the whole experience.

Karen honestly does the best deluxe facials and I love the dermalogica products she uses my skin feels so radiant, I would highly recommend Drouin skin and laser clinic for any special trestment I will definitely be back.
