I had a really good experience in the London clinic last week. I got 0.5ml of lip filler, the clinic was extremely clean. I have very small lips and this was my first time getting filler. I felt like I was listened to & didn’t feel pressured into getting anymore than I wanted. It’s been 10 days since I’ve had the filler and I can’t fault them one bit at all.

Reshma is the best. The level of quality of her treatments, advices and after care are some of the best I’ve tried in London. I’ve just had my second PRP treatment at Melatone Skin Clinic with Zaki and the experience has been excellent so far. Zaki is very knowledgeable and explains everything clearly, which makes you feel confident and comfortable throughout the treatment. The clinic itself is very clean, modern and professional, and the environment is calm and relaxing. I also had no issues with parking on the weekend which made the visit very convenient. The best cosmetic doctor in London by a long way. A wide range of treatment options and a personalised approach to each client. It's not "one Profhilo fits all" approach. It's about finding what's best for you, depending on your needs, budget, and life schedule. My skin is improving, even though ageing is supposed to have the opposite effect.

This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!
