Never have I ever had a sports massage like the one I had with Sharnise. She gets into the right trigger points immediately. There is no messing around with her. She knows her stuff and I loved it so much. I pulled my quad and she loosened it up so much and loosened up both legs. I have never had a sports massage like this before. Sharnice is brilliant. Don't be deceived by her size at all. trust me, you will absolutely be very pleasantly surprised. I will definatley be back for all my sports massages. Thank you Sharnice

Always a lovely experience! Thys is so warm and creates such a calm, relaxing atmosphere. I booked the 60-minute personalized facial and messaged him beforehand about my skin flare-ups. He was incredibly accommodating and guided me before the appointment. During the facial, he explained every product he used and how it would benefit my skin, which I really appreciated as I'm still learning and exploring about skincare in South Africa. My skin was glowing afterwards—almost unbelievably radiant. Highly recommend! ✨

Shout to Holly & Kerry at Sports Recovery Studio. I came in frustrated after trying other treatments that didn’t help. They listened, explained things clearly, and put a recovery plan together for me. I started with red light therapy and the whole experience has been great. Professional, caring, and results-focused. Definitely recommend them.
