Totally what I needed and it surpassed my expectations. Grace’s thoughtful, considered approach made me feel I was in great hands with a lot of expertise. Grace guided me through the sports massage, answering my questions and giving me the whys and benefits behind each area worked on. I came away with knowledge of areas to work on too. Everyone is different but the knowledge Jordan has is unbelievable every single time Jordan has hit the spot a fixed me my back x2 my knee 3-4 times my shoulder x2. And knots lost count. I would not go anywhere else. And Jordan is passionate about his jobs. 💯👍👌🌟

Grace pays much attention to the details and is sympathetic both physically and mentally. She has an assurance that means she tackles the root of the problem. It’s not always comfortable at the time but it is definitely worth it. Follow her advice!
