5⭐️➕️, Professional & friendly, Toni knows her stuff. A chat first to check for any specific areas which were causing pain or tightness, how I was managing previous complaints, especially my neck area and back. Toni also checks where I feel I need attention and explains what she is going to do. Today was an overdue (on my part) sports massage with targeted treatment to my legs and then neck and arms. As usual we had a lovely chat. I enjoy finding out about my muscles and body while it gets a well earned manipulation. Toni finishes with advice on what to expect & do after treatment

Always a great massage, highly recommend monthly visit for regular maintenance post exercise but also to sort out the occasional niggles from every day life. The monthly subscription really works for me and ensures I keep up with the self care and prevent any flair ups of back issues.

As always Toni is thorough with her treatment. Identifies areas of concern even when you don’t realise it’s an issue. I’ve been seeing Toni just over a year now, having issues with shoulders, lower back and legs especially IT bands. Training was always hard and recovery after exercise was slow. I can now train harder, with far less discomfort, and DOMS is greatly reduced with recovery being much quicker. Toni’s knowledge and support has been absolutely amazing. Toni is awesome…. Thank you ☺️

I would highly recommend Disha’s beauty. Since the time I came to Chelmsford , I did not find any salon that I was very confident or comfortable with as my skin is very sensitive. First ever sports massage or massage ever for that matter. Very thorough consultation before massage which is needed to know how to adjust the session so your are not in pain. Went in without expectations as massage is not a cure for pain, it’s to help relieve pain. Very friendly , chatty, opted for no music but chit chat. Found a lot more knots that I thought I had , any painful knots were vocalised and listens to by Maria and pressure adjusted as needed. Defo will come back again.
