First time. Been let down and disappointed in various salons Southside so tried yet another but nearer my partner's home. Booked just yesterday for today Saturday. Ashley was on her own and ran slightly behind as happens, was apologetic and clearly a lovely girl, could see the way she treated previous client then myself and I knew she would do a good job blow drying my crazy curly hair straight! Good shampoo beforehand, why is it so impossible to get a decent shampoo? I have arthritis and lots of hair so appreciated this! Very friendly, definately happy to go back, even to look forward to it!

First time here and came in from a hydrafacial with Laura. It was a fantastic facial and my skin feels great afterwards. Laura was lovely and we had a great wee chat and laugh. I felt very comfortable and welcomed and will definitely be back.

I’ve been to Vivid Nails & Beauty twice now, and both times the experience has been amazing. Their work is absolutely beautiful, very professional, and done with great attention to detail. My experience was relaxed and professional. There is a lot of time and care taken over my nails and I love the French tip, my nails are lasting between 4/5 weeks. The nail art that Chloé has offered is at a high standard. Thank you and I have booked my next appointment already.

Absolutely amazing visit getting holiday ready including nails which had a very personal touch at the end with a little bubble wash nice touch, eyebrows, lashes and second lymphatic massage. Cannot recommend Chloe enough, very patient and extremely knowledgeable not forgetting the very therapeutic music in the background.

Absolutely amazing! First time visiting Chloe and very welcoming. From booking to visiting, every step of the clearly explained. Chloe checks for allergy’s or anything she might need to know in advance. First time having a lymphatic draining massage and honestly I’d recommend it. Chloe took some photos just for our use and already seeing a slight difference between before and after photos. I honestly never expected to gain any knowledge and I found Chloe really knew and understood what she was telling me. Booked in for a further two in the coming weeks and can’t wait to see further results.
