She did a very detailed manicure with great patience and care, and I really appreciated how attentive she was to my request to polish the cuticles instead of cutting them. She respected that preference perfectly and worked very gently throughout. My nails look incredibly thin, neat, and beautifully shaped - exactly how I like them.
